I am Harsha Kodam and I am the Head of Outreach for Science Brainwaves. I am a 3rd Year Aerospace Engineering student at the University of Sheffield. I study the science of engineering of aircrafts and spacecrafts or, put more simply I learn how to make aircrafts fly.

I love Engineering and the science behind it. I tell people how cool it is, and for example, last summer I spent three weeks in my old secondary school helping in classes of the science department and also telling the kids about Aerospace.

My job as the Head of Outreach is to make sure that Science Brainwaves activities travel far into Sheffield and beyond. In particular it is my job to make sure that we maintain and develop our links with local schools, liaising with anyone interested in what Science Brainwaves can offer, in terms of workshops and various other activities.
